About the event
If you know and love the adventures of Geralt of Rivia, you now have a unique opportunity to train as a witcher, pass the Trials of the Grasses, and come face to face with monsters. We’ll be transported to the witcher’s lair 100 years before the events of the video game.

Included in the ticket price
a character sheet tailored to your preferences;
accommodation in a medieval castle;

participation in storylines, events and activities prepared by the organisers;

You can split payment in 5 installments with no additional cost.
The ticket price does not include accident insurance and transportation to the larp location, the latter can be purchased separately.

How to buy the ticket in installments?
When purchasing your ticket, select the "manual payment" option and confirm your order – the ticket will be reserved. Within five business days, we will send you an email with a payment schedule. Pay the first installment within seven days, followed by monthly payments for the remaining installments. Participation in the event is only granted upon full payment. A delay in paying an installment of more than 7 days past the scheduled date is considered a resignation from participation, as is failure to pay the final installment at least 30 days before the event. We allow for the possibility of individually agreed installment schedules.
Terms and conditions of LarpVenture events
Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a mandatory requirement for participation in the event.
Refund policy
A full refund of the ticket price is available within 30 days of purchase. After this period, but no later than 30 days before the event, a refund is still possible, but a reservation fee of 50% of the ticket price will be deducted.
If you choose to pay in installments, participation in the event is only confirmed once the full amount has been paid. If you withdraw from the larp before completing the full payment, you may receive a refund of the most recent installment, provided the withdrawal occurs no later than 30 days before the event. A delay in paying an installment of more than 7 days past the scheduled date is considered a resignation from participation, as is failure to pay the final installment at least 30 days before the event. In the event that the game is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid.
