O wydarzeniu
Whirls of Pontar is a larp that immerses you in the world of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt. A few months have passed since the events that have changed the village of Przesieka, and the change makes itself felt. Since the closing of the gates, no live person has been seen leaving the village. Travellers give the village a wide berth and news from the front come rarely. Rumours talk of the Black army flooding the north, but also of the resistance it meets, of the various regions standing up to the occupant and fighting for freedom. Once again, Przesieka will be a place where the big history intersects with everyday human lives. War, plague and death will come to the village, and old, long forgotten traditions will return to demand their due. Powers that make the old order tremble will loom on the horizon.
The Whirls of Pontar return: darker, merciless, but always asking the same questions. What boundaries can you cross, to save what really matters?
All communication (documents, emails, Discord, and the larp itself) will take place in two languages: Polish and English, which in-game is one of the dialects of the Continent. For English-speaking players, we’ve prepared fractions where English will be the main language of the game. In the other groups, there will be characters who speak English or can act as translators.
Groups
In the store, you can purchase a ticket for a specific group corresponding to the groups present in the second episode of the larp. Each group has a minimum number of players required. If we don’t manage to gather enough interested players, the group will not be formed, and we will offer those who purchased tickets for it another option that matches the needs they indicated in the registration form. This is not grounds for a ticket refund.
Ticket price includes
several days of adventure in an atmospheric location
an individual character sheet based on a completed questionnaire
necessary materials to prepare for the game and participation in on-site workshops
support from the organizing team before the event and on site
rich scenography, special effects and make-up support
accommodation on-site:
breakfasts and dinners, access to refreshments during the event
larp photos made by professional photographers.
The ticket price doesn’t cover the accident insurance. We will organize a shuttle bus from Kraków Airport for an additional fee.

How to buy the ticket in installments?
When purchasing your ticket, select the "manual payment" option and confirm your order – the ticket will be reserved. Within five business days, we will send you an email with a payment schedule. Pay the first installment within seven days, followed by monthly payments for the remaining installments. Participation in the event is only granted upon full payment. A delay in paying an installment of more than 7 days past the scheduled date is considered a resignation from participation, as is failure to pay the final installment at least 30 days before the event. We allow for the possibility of individually agreed installment schedules.
Terms and conditions of LarpVenture events
Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a mandatory requirement for participation in the event.
Refund policy
A full refund of the ticket price is available within 30 days of purchase. After this period, but no later than 30 days before the event, a refund is still possible, but a reservation fee of 50% of the ticket price will be deducted.
If you choose to pay in installments, participation in the event is only confirmed once the full amount has been paid. If you withdraw from the larp before completing the full payment, you may receive a refund of the most recent installment, provided the withdrawal occurs no later than 30 days before the event. A delay in paying an installment of more than 7 days past the scheduled date is considered a resignation from participation, as is failure to pay the final installment at least 30 days before the event. We allow for the possibility of individually agreed installment schedules.
In the event that the game is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid.
